When do I need a My InCharge account?

My InCharge is a web portal where you can manage your charging station and see statistics. In the portal you as a charging station owner get access to several smart functions. My InCharge is available for you who have a charging station at home or station owners in a tenant owner-association and for companies.

You allso get access to My InCharge portal when you have ordered a charge card or a charge tag. In the portal you can see your charging statistics.

 

How do I get a My InCharge account?

After you order a charging station or a charge card, you will receive an email with an activation link. Please note that you can only log in and activate the My InCharge portal via the link that you receive via e-mail after ordering. You can therefore not create an account yourself, it is created after we have processed your order.

 

Do I need a My InCharge account for the app?

If you charge with the InCharge app, you do not need a My InCharge account. You add your debit card which then will be charged after ev-charging. You can link your My InCharge account to the app if you already have an InCharge charge card.
